Soos elke vorige jaar het die eerste kwartaal verbygeflits met hoogtepunte soos die gala, atletiek, tafeltennis-, waterpolo- skaaktoernooie en verskeie sporttoere van bv. die krieket, tennis, swem, waterpolo en tennis. Die koor het 'n suksesvolle kamp aangebied en twee kort dramas is opgevoer. Grey se matriekuitslae was die 3de beste in die Vrystaat.

Ons moes afskeid neem van mnr Jaco Swanepoel en mnr A Bester word in sy plek verwelkom.

Grey is privileged to be filled with positive boys, parents and teachers and we still have much to appreciate! Let us continue to make a positive difference and serve our school, community and country to the best of our ability!

The second term will be filled with inter-schools events against schools like Maritzburg College, Paarl Boys High, Selborne College from East London and Affies in Pretoria - we look forward to renewing our friendly rivalry with these top South African schools. The Grey ABSA Academy will host 150 kids from previously disadvantaged schools for a week during the holidays and we look forward to their continued growth and development in the interest of our country.
